The Cooke County Appraisal District (CCAD) is a political subdivision of the State of Texas vested with the authority to appraise all actual and private property inside the boundaries of Cooke County, Texas, United States.
The chief appraiser is chargeable for the each day operations of the appraisal district and its 41 workers.
